This Privacy Policy ('Policy') is issued by vmzig Technologies Pte. Ltd. ('vmzig', 'we', or 'Company') and applies to all data processing activities between you and us through our website, console, API, and related client software (collectively 'Services').

By registering an account or using our Services, you are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Policy.If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please stop using the Services and deactivate your account immediately. Refusing to provide required information may prevent access to our Services; we are not liable for this.

II. Information We Collect

To provide our Services and fulfill compliance obligations, we may collect the following categories of information (including but not limited to):

  • Account & Identity Information:Registration email, username, password hash, phone number (if applicable), company name, and billing contact information
  • Transaction & Financial Information:Order records, payment records, invoices, refunds, and collections; payment data is processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party gateways; we retain transaction records for financial audit purposes for a minimum of 7 years
  • Usage & Operation Logs:SSH/VNC connection records (including source IP, timestamps, session duration), console operation logs, API call records, bandwidth and CPU statistics, and full support ticket / chat history, retained for at least 730 days by default
  • Network & Device Information:IP address, browser type and version, operating system, cookie identifiers, device fingerprint, HTTP Referer, and page behavior data
  • Compliance & Security Information:Anti-fraud scores, anomaly flags, law enforcement cooperation materials, and security incident investigation records

We and our third-party analytics partners may automatically collect behavioral data via cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies for service optimization, security monitoring, and business analysis.

III. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information collected for the following purposes (without additional consent), including but not limited to:

  • Providing, maintaining, improving, and personalizing our Services
  • Identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance review, and security monitoring
  • Billing, renewals, collections, and financial reconciliation
  • Sending invoices, renewal reminders, system announcements, marketing, and product updates (system notifications cannot be disabled)
  • Data analytics, user profiling, capacity planning, and business decisions
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from government, regulatory, or judicial authorities
  • Protecting the lawful interests of vmzig and its affiliates

IV. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We commit not to sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, in the following circumstances, we may share or disclose your informationwithout prior notice or consent：

  • Affiliates:Subsidiaries and affiliated entities within the vmzig Group, or entities resulting from mergers or acquisitions
  • Service Providers:Data center hosting, CDN, payment processing, email/SMS, customer service systems, and security audit partners
  • Legal Compliance:As required by applicable law, court orders, government directives, or regulatory requirements
  • Business Transfer:In mergers, asset sales, restructuring, or bankruptcy proceedings, information may be transferred as a business asset
  • Security Protection:Investigating, preventing, or handling security threats, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms of Service

Information may be transferred to overseas data centers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, and other locations. Continued use of our Services constitutes consent to cross-border transfer. We are not jointly liable for third-party data processing.

V. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

Data is stored in our global data centers. After account deactivation, billing records are retained for 7 years; operation logs for 2 years; other data is typically deleted within 90 days, except as required by law or for dispute resolution.

After service termination, we may retain records for a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days, or up to 180 days in exceptional cases) for compliance and dispute resolution. After that period, data may be permanently deleted,and we do not guarantee recoverability. Physical nodes undergo standard wiping upon reclamation, but we do not guarantee complete and irreversible erasure.

Node data (data you store on your rented Mac hardware) is your responsibility to back up. vmzig provides no backup or recovery guarantees for node data.

VI. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use necessary cookies (maintaining login state), functional cookies (remembering preferences), and analytical cookies (understanding service usage) for session management, traffic analysis, advertising, and fraud prevention. Disabling cookies may cause certain features to be unavailable; any resulting inconvenience is the user's responsibility.

VII. Information Security

We use TLS 1.3 transport encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However,Internet transmission cannot guarantee absolute security. vmzig is not liable for any data breach, loss, or damage caused by hacking, system vulnerabilities, internal errors, third-party actions, or force majeure.You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any losses resulting from credential compromise are your responsibility.

VIII. Your Rights & Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information. Information related to outstanding invoices, dispute resolution, or compliance retention is excluded. vmzig retains final authority over how requests are handled and may charge reasonable fees or decline repetitive or out-of-scope requests.

IX. Minors Protection

Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we discover such collection, we will delete it promptly and accept no liability. If we discover that a minor has registered without guardian consent, we reserve the right to deactivate the account and delete the related data.

X. Policy Changes

vmzig reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time,without prior notice or separate consent. Revisions take effect upon publication on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. Those who disagree should stop using the Services and deactivate their accounts,fees already paid are non-refundable。
