I. Agreement Acceptance

These Terms of Service ('Agreement') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vmzig Technologies Pte. Ltd. ('vmzig' or 'we') regarding your use of vmzig's bare-metal Apple hardware hosting services ('Services').

By registering an account, completing a payment, or using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

II. Service Description & Changes

vmzig provides Apple Silicon-based bare-metal Mac server hosting services, including but not limited to exclusive rental access to Mac mini M4 series nodes, with SSH, VNC, dedicated public IPs, and a management console. Actual configuration is as shown in the order and console.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranty of continuity, stability, or error-free operation.vmzig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.We may change service content, pricing, or features due to technical upgrades, business adjustments, regulatory requirements, or other reasons. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

III. Account Registration & Security

You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and assume full responsibility for maintaining account security. You may not transfer, sell, or share account credentials with third parties. vmzig is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence, shared accounts, or weak passwords.

Any actions initiated through your account are deemed to be your own, and you bear all resulting liability.You must notify us immediately upon discovering any account anomaly; fees incurred due to unauthorized access before we resolve the issue remain your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse registration or freeze/terminate any account without providing a reason.

IV. Fees, Billing & Refunds

  • Billing:Service fees are prepaid according to your chosen billing cycle (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly). Billing begins upon node activation, regardless of actual usage time
  • Auto-Renewal:Weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans auto-renew by default and are automatically charged if not cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are a convenience feature only and do not constitute a notification obligation for vmzig
  • Price Changes:vmzig reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Overdue Payments & Suspension:If your account has outstanding fees, we may immediately suspend service; full payment of all outstanding amounts and any late fees must be made before reinstatement
  • Refund Policy:Except as expressly required by applicable law,all payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the services were used. Due to the exclusive nature of hardware resources, refund requests for personal reasons are not accepted after node activation. Promotional benefits are defined solely by vmzig; we reserve the right to modify or revoke them at any time

V. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any of the following purposes (including but not limited to):

  • Violating laws, regulations, export controls, or sanctions
  • Cryptocurrency mining, distributed compute reselling, or resource arbitrage
  • Network attacks, DDoS, port scanning, or brute-force attacks
  • Distributing malware, spam, phishing, or illegal content
  • Infringing third-party intellectual property or legal rights
  • Circumventing technical restrictions, abusing APIs, or disrupting platform operations
  • Reselling services to third parties (unless expressly authorized in writing)

vmzig reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a violation has occurred and may immediately terminate service, ban IPs, permanently deactivate accounts, and forfeit balances without refund, without prior notice,and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

VI. Service Availability & SLA

vmzig No SLA guarantees are made. We are not liable for service interruptions or performance degradation caused by maintenance, hardware failures, network congestion, DDoS, natural disasters, third-party outages, upstream provider failures, or any other reason, and we do not provide time credits or fee reductions.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or resource reallocation without notice. Scheduled maintenance windows (if announced) do not constitute a notification obligation on our part.

VII. Data & Content

Users are solely responsible for data they store or process. Upon service expiry or termination, data may be immediately deleted and we do not guarantee retention or export. Users must back up their data during the subscription period; vmzig is not liable for data loss due to failure to back up.

After account termination, nodes will be reclaimed and node data will be permanently deleted,vmzig is not responsible for retaining or migrating your data.

VIII. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the vmzig platform, website, API, documentation, trademarks, and related technology belong to vmzig or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during the paid period in accordance with these Terms, and may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.

IX. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vmzig shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the servicesassumes no liability, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Total liability for any single event shall not exceed the amount of the corresponding order, and in no event shall exceed USD 100.Users assume all risks associated with using the Services.

X. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all Services at any time without prior notice or consent and without any obligation to compensate. vmzig may suspend or terminate your account for any reason (including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, outstanding payments, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements).

If a user requests service termination,fees already paid are non-refundable. Data may be immediately deleted upon termination.

XI. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by thelaws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to theSingapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)for final arbitration in accordance with its then-applicable rules, with Singapore as the seat of arbitration and English as the language.

You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or jury trial.

XII. Modification of Agreement

vmzig reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time,without prior notice or user consent. Revised versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement. Those who disagree should stop using the Services and deactivate their accounts,fees already paid are non-refundable。

XIII. Entire Agreement & Contact

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms within the console, constitutes the entire agreement between you and vmzig regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
